Heeeeeeeeello Christ Followers!

>Next Friday at 6pm- please join us for pizza as we prepare for our Christmas by Candlelight evening celebration. The task involves putting up rented tables and with our our chairs, beautifully decorating and setting the tables for a very special evening. The floor is being cleaned, waxed and buffed on Thursday and an electrician is scheduled to come wire the auditorium so that only the platform lights will be used during the special music presentation. It's going to really be a "candlelight evening" saints!

                                                  Hear Ye Hear Ye!!!!
Plans are underway for implementing a "child care" ministry for infants and toddlers in the new year. After we install much needed furniture and accessories, we will need the kind cooperation of everyone as we endeavor to serve our congregants and guests with a well trained team to host, oversee, and minister to the children. As we grow, and in order to do so, it is vital that we begin to train vision carriers in the policies and procedures that ensure the welfare of all the children in a ministry atmosphere.

Please see Kelly Bowerman if you would like to join this developing ministry.

Hear Ye! Hear Ye!

"Operation Christmas Child"
Remember to bring all your boxes this Sunday at 10am. We will have a brief time of fellowship with coffee and donuts as we prepare the boxes and pray over each one for the children to be truly gospelized with the message of Christ. This is a way to implement our participation in the  "Advent Conspiracy". Be generous and sacrificial by bringing  as many children's boxes as possible. Remember, it really is better to "GIVE!"

"Mission and Vision Next Wednesday 6:30 pm"
For our final  joint meeting, we will review our mission and corresponding vision for the new year. This will involve "roles-realms-responsibilities" regarding pressing needs that we all foresee needing to be implemented for the future. This means we will appoint multiple "Vision Carriers" to assume the role and responsibility of getting important projects up and running and  training others to serve. It will be a participatory session, so I am requesting everyone please be prepared to be a "problem solver" and "burden bearer" by showing willingness to invest personal time and energy toward these upcoming priorities.

"Holiday Season Break"
Wednesday November 27th  we will forgo our evening sessions until after the new year when we resume our regular rhythm again on Wednesday evening January 8, 2014.

"Christmas by Candlelight" December 14th
Advent celebration is fast upon us so we will begin registration this coming Sunday morning. A fabulous menu is being prepared and the Christ Exalting music ministry is going to be awesome. We are requesting everyone to kindly  invest  $15.00 per person to offset the expense of the meal. Please "reach out" to friends and family and invite them to be your personal guest  for this Christ centered occasion. This is another opportunity to join the Advent Conspiracy by giving to others.
